Audit Log for Accounting

Hi 

 

Is there audit log for the accounting module?

Should be Audit Trail.

User requirement - "the accounting software provides the auditor with
adequate
audit trail to understand the flow of events and if necessary, to
reconstruct the
events. The system must not allow anyone to amend data in the system
without creating the necessary audit trails."
