   **BUG REPORT**
   
   1. Please describe the issue you observed:
   
   - Use `CAS `instread of `ReentrantLock` to set value of `putMessageEntireTimeMax`, `getMessageEntireTimeMax`.
   - It is better to make the scope of A methods(e.g: `incPutMessageEntireTime`, `findPutMessageEntireTimePX `) to be **private** instead of **public** in class `StoreStatsService`.
   - Remove useless snippets.
   
   
   3. Please tell us about your environment:
       OS： Windows10
   
   5. Other information (e.g. detailed explanation, logs, related issues, suggestions on how to fix, etc):
