   First of all, to see how things are working out about this issue checkout #https://github.com/kvesteri/sqlalchemy-utils/issues/505
   
   The reason we are facing this issue is because the 2.0.1 release limits the SQLAlchemy version to be `< 2`
   [setup.cfg#L133](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/2.0.1/setup.cfg#L133)
   
   The master already fixed it [setup.cfg#L134](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/master/setup.cfg#L134)
   
   So my suggestion to work around this issue is to force install `pip install SQLAlchemy==1.3.23` after installing airflow, so it overrides the newer SQLAlchemy version.
