In the installer wizard's 'add slaves and clients' page, hosts page, individual host page etc. (and anywhere else), we should display FLUME_HANDLER component as 'Flume' (not 'Flume Agent').

We should replace any usages of 'Flume Agent' for the component FLUME_HANDLER.
