The specified user settings file does not exist
I have installed the Axis2 and tried to run the application using
"maven-package". I am getting this error. How to create this settings.xml
file
"
[ERROR] Error executing Maven.
[ERROR] The specified user settings file does not exist: C:\Documents and
Settings\satish.INDIA\.m2\settings.xml
