[~aw] I'd like to hear a comment from you since you've worked on refactoring these commands. Do you think my following suggestion is consistent for users?

Usage: yarn [--config confdir] [COMMAND | CLASSNAME]
where COMMAND is one of:
...
 or
  CLASSNAME            run the class named CLASSNAME

A current message is as follows:
