2020-05-20 22:41:59 UTC - Sijie Guo: @jia zhai - I think there is a side-effect of turning this setting on. It is really hard to get pull requests merged. Because you have to rebase the pull request each time there is a change merged to master. Rebasing a pull request will cause all CI tests to run.
