Correction in Readme file

Hi ,

Please update in readme file to install php-process rpm.
without this web page is not displayed and error log shows.
error
PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function posix_getpid() in
/usr/share/hmc/php/util/lock.php on line 26

php-process rpm solve this problem

Thanks for testing and helping to improve Ambari. Could you file a jira for this issue and upload a patch for the README? :)

Also, just as an fyi, there is a separate jira for handling the dependencies - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-549.
