Chintana,

What are your thoughts on removing the ruby implementation from the M2 release?  It's extremely out-dated and virtually untested.

It can remain in the branch until we have the resources to test it.

Nick,

It has to be tested with the latest version of Ruby on Rails. Also, it
does not take advantage of the new configuration service. Need to fix
that as well.
