build failed

Hi,
I wanted to upgrade my POI version and so i downloaded
jakarta-poi-1.8.0-dev-src.zip  (initially i had jakarta-poi-1.7.0-dev-src.zip) and started with build.bat. but it is giving the following msg.

 ERROR 10454 [ ] () : Could not configure Cocoon environment
 java.lang.NullPointerException
 at

 at

 at org.apache.cocoon.Main.main(Unknown source)
 FATAL_E 10454 [ ] () : Exception caught
 org.apache.avalon.framework.configuration.ConfigurationException: Error

After this I'm having 2 new jar files included in my build directory.

jakarta-poi-1.7.0-dev-20030217.jar 

jakarta-poi-1.7.0-dev-20030224.jar

Now my question is should I've to download 1.8 again or it has been installed properly.

Do reply..then only I can proceed

well, basically the documentation generation failed for you, but the
compile/jar completed ok, so dont worry about it. go ahead and use the
jar.
