Windows, documentation

I managed to get the log4cxx build right of the box
with Visual Studio 2003. That is a pleasure to see.
I am using version 0.9.7.

The documentation is on some kind of dox format that
can't be format in any easy way under Windows.
How do I show this under Solaris or Linux?
It would be nice to get the doc in html format since
that works on all platforms.

While running the test example I got these memory leak
warnings from the debugger.
I am not sure that are importanint just wanted to
mention it.
Detected memory leaks!
Dumping objects ->

Object dump complete.

I had to add the test example myself to the main build
project and set the include and lib paths correct.
Would it be an idea to have this in cvs so that other
people do not have to do that every time?

Regards
Lars Schouw
