Review and merging of Maven EAR Plugin pull requests

Hi community and maintainers,

I need your help with review and merging of Maven EAR Plugin pull requests:

(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MEAR-216)

These pull requests implement new features and fix support of skinnyWars
(modification of Class-Path entry of MANIFEST.MF of SAR, HAR, etc.). 

With these changes we will be able to close 4 of 7 major Maven EAR Plugin
issues
