We have been holding series of meetings for the passed 7 months with the European Union, Organisation of African Unity and all the other concerned member countries whose citizens have lost million of Dollars to Nigerian/African Scam also known as 419. This
letter has been despatched to all the people that have been scammed in any part of the world. 

The UNITED NATIONS have agreed to compensate them with the sum of US$250,000 each irrespective of how much money was lost by each person. We have a very long list of people who were unfortunate enough to fall for the ridiculous scheme organised by these Africans. Everybody cannot be attended to at once. It is a gradual process that will accomodate everybody on the list. This list includes foreign contractors that may have not received their contract sums, people that have had an unfinished transactions or international businesses that failed due to one problem or the other. 

We found your name in our list and that is why we are contacting you. You are a beneficiary to this gesture that has
been agreed upon and  signed by every party that was part of the series of meetings held in respect of this subject matter.

You are advised to contact MR JAMES KUKAH, Director of Legal Services of DUE PROCESS COMMISSION Nigeria for your check to be issued, the check will be drawn from BARCLAYS BANK. As he is our representative in Nigeria, contact him immediately for your Cheque/ International Bank Draft of US$250,000.00  This funds are in a Bank Draft for security purposes. MR JAMES KUKAH will send it to you and you can clear it in any bank of your choice.

You are advised to send him your full Names, direct telephone numbers and your correct mailing address where you want him to send the Draft to you thus,
