> Followup to SPARK-55927. After removing Mustache conditionals from historypage-template.html, the Attempt ID, Completed, and Duration th headers are always present in the DOM. But historypage.js still removes the corresponding data columns via removeColumnByName when hasMultipleAttempts is false or showing incomplete apps. This causes header/data column count mismatch — all data cells shift left.
> Fix: remove the th headers from the DOM when the corresponding data columns are removed. Also improve table-structure test coverage to verify column alignment.
