   Currently, the instructions for building from source is very confusing. It mixes with building with make and cmake. We need have a clear guide for first time developers.
   
   http://mxnet.incubator.apache.org/versions/master/install/build_from_source.html
   
   In one step it is 'make -j' and in the next step it becomes 'cmake'. 
   
   We should just have one single build system instruction in the man page.
