I'm new to struts, and haven't actively done servlet development since 1998.  
Thus, I had a tough time understanding the userGuide until I went through the 
walking tour of the example app, which itself is not very novice friendly, but 
that's another bug.

I'm about to attach diffs to the following files:

building_controller.xml
building_model.xml
building_view.xml
introduction.xml

that I feel help the clarity of the userGuide.
