Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: AXIS-1452
Summary: WSDL2Java doesn't create classes for SOAP Headers used in the WSDL unless -a is specified
       Type: Bug

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Minor

    Project: Axis
 Components:
             WSDL processing
   Versions:
             beta-2

   Assignee:
   Reporter: Simon Fell

    Created: Wed, 14 Jul 2004 4:31 PM
    Updated: Tue, 12 Oct 2004 8:21 PM
Environment: XP, JDK 1.4.2_03

Description:
Running WSDL2Java on a doc/literal WSDL that defines SOAP Headers does not generate classes for the Headers unless -a is specified. As these headers are referenced in the WSDL binding, i shouldn't need to use the -a switch. (.NET & PocketSOAP don't have this problem)
