This has been a blocker for me quite a while (and I assume it is for others, too), therefore I  I intend to update the following files:

/framework/testtools/src/docs/asciidoc/unit-tests.adoc
 * JUnit does not require an entry in test suite file
 * write about JUnit 4 framework and recommended extensions
 * mention the location of unit test reports

I intend to add a second file and reference it in the main developer manual for Integration Testing:

/framework/testtools/src/docs/asciidoc/integration-tests.adoc
 * explain that integration tests should not be added to test code base (else they are executed as unit tests), bit to main code base
 * mention best practice to write integration tests in a separate package or language to separate test cases from main code
 * discuss the various integration test classes with features
 * mention the way to limit integration test execution
 * mention summary report on integration test run

Possibly split off a separate section and document on the Test Suite definition and test cases including reporting on tests.
