    Description: Since we are now using the Service Loader to load instances of the ActiveMQRegistry, it is now possible that more than one Service Provider for the registry can be loaded.  We should log an error if more than 1 service provider is found.
        Summary: Recovery Manager should raise/log error when multiple ActiveMQRegistry service providers are registered.  (was: Recovery Manager should raise/log error when multiple ActiveMQRegister service providers are regstered.)
