NLP cTAKES for i2b2

Hello there -

I am referring to this work - https://community.i2b2.org/wiki/display/NLPCTAKES/Home.https://community.i2b2.org/wiki/display/NLPCTAKES/Home.

I plan to integrate cTAKES with i2b2 to convert the free text stored in a blob field in Oracle to a structured, normalized record, and thereby inserting these records in the i2b2 observation_fact table.

Are  there any special attention that I need be aware of before doing this? It  will immensely help if anybody in the group can share their cTAKES-i2b2 integration experience.
