[CANCEL] Release Tajo 0.12.0 (RC0)

Hi,

I found some issues:
* I omitted [VOTE] suffix of this email title.
* Source tarball generated by maven plugin includes unnecessary files
like pom.xml.releaseBackup and release.properties.
* There's some missing files for tests.

So, I'll cancel rc0 and I'll post the rc1 as soon as possible.
