small break for bug fix in 1.3?

Hi,

that patch will result in a small api break because of an added method on
IClassResolver
But implementors (mostly OSGi) of that class pretty much also need that
added method so that it will also work correctly for resources for them..

Also the name is maybe then not completely correct (IClassResolver) because
it also resolves other things
But if i rename that class then much more is going to break for 1.3

Any objections for applying it to 1.3?
