[jira] [Created] (SAMZA-782) Update all tutorial pages for 0.9.1

Yi Pan (Data Infrastructure) created SAMZA-782:
--------------------------------------------------

Summary: Update all tutorial pages for 0.9.1
                 Key: SAMZA-782
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SAMZA-782
             Project: Samza
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 0.9.1
            Reporter: Yi Pan (Data Infrastructure)

I spot checked a few tutorial pages and noticed that most of them are still pointing to 0.8.0 version of Samza. Examples:
http://samza.apache.org/learn/tutorials/0.9/deploy-samza-job-from-hdfs.html
http://samza.apache.org/learn/tutorials/0.9/deploy-samza-to-CDH.html
http://samza.apache.org/learn/tutorials/0.9/run-in-multi-node-yarn.html

A few things:
1) all build instructions refers to the master, which should really be 0.9.1 branch for 0.9 release
2) the related command line instruction for installation is still pointing to 0.8.0 tgzs
