HEAD and 1.0 Branch

Brett,

You midstream on some stuff? I can't compile either HEAD or the 1.0, I
won't wander in if you're doing stuff.


1.0 branch:

 symbol  : constructor PluginScriptParser (org.apache.maven.plugin.PluginCacheManager,java.lang.String)
    [javac] location: class org.apache.maven.plugin.PluginScriptParser
    [javac]             PluginScriptParser pluginScriptParser = new PluginScriptParser( this, pluginName );
    [javac]                                                     ^

HEAD:

Just a missing xmlpull parser dep.
