In Rumen TraceBuilder, for a given job, we must ensure that configuration file is treated before history file. In history file some event (like QueueChanged event) override some parameters in jobBuilder compared to what is filled from configuration.
If configuration file is treated after jhist file, then overriden value from jhist are erased by the one from the configuration in generated rumen trace.
