Server hit is not logged in the server application log on running the thread
using Jmeter.
Steps
1) Record a scenario using Jmeter
2) Check the application server log for updates
3) The application log is updated
4) Run the scenario giving n no: of threads and check the logs
5) The results are given in Jmeter, but the application log is not updated

The webserver application log is nothing to do with JMeter - check the
webserver documentation and make sure it is configured correctly.
