Changes in 6.0.0 RC3

FYI....the changes I introduced in RC3 were around support for Swagger.
This was a feature Peter had asked for a while ago.

- A new org.apache.juneau.dto.swagger package with beans for constructing
Swagger docs.
- OPTIONS pages are now Swagger docs.
- Several annotations added to @RestResource and @RestMethod for populating
Swagger info.
- Swagger info can be provided through localized Swagger JSON files with
the same name/location as the servlet (e.g. MyServlet.java ->
MyServlet.json, MyServlet_ja_JP.json, etc...)
- Change the names of various methods/annotations to match those of Swagger
(e.g. @Query/@FormData/@Body,
getQueryParameter()/getFormDataParameter()/getBody()).

I also updated http://juneau.incubator.apache.org/index.html#about.html to
reflect this new information.
