Added db4o 8.0 to Camel-Extra repo

Hi,

As db4o authors are not interested in putting db4o into any Maven
repository (what is pretty weird if somebody asks me), we deploy
stable versions of db4o to our Camel-Extra Maven repository [2]. With
this approach, we can build db4o component [2] against stable version
of db4o.

I deployed the latest version of db4o (i.e. 8.0) to the Camel-Extra
Maven repo (rev908).
