Building servicemix 3.0 under windows/cygwin

This probably comes under the category of
"everyone knows this but me", but building
Servicemix 3.0 under Windows using Cygwin,
we ran into a path name length limitation
which causes lots of mysterious build errors.

We fixed it by moving the source directory
higher in the file system tree (e.g.
/cygdrive/c/d/sm). Just a safety tip.

Thanks for reporting this.

We should put that on the web site.
