reactivate all tests but 2 in axis2 module:
src/test/java/org/apache/ode/axis2/management/ExecutionPathTest.java
src/test/java/org/apache/ode/axis2/management/ProcessManagementTest.java

These two tests would have to be migrated to axis2-war module.
