vpopmail alias implementation is broken, the attached patch fix this for
vpopmail cvs, and use /var/lib/vpopmail/.spamassassin as catchall prefs dir.

hmm.. i have done some mods to that patch and made it handle when qmail uses |
to send to other programs, and so it handles multiple aliasses ex.
alias1@domain1 -> alias2@domain2 -> alias3@domain3 -> user.
it is not nerly material to just include but it is somewhere along the way.
