Upgrading to ANTLR 4.6?

Folks,

Version 4.6 of ANTLR was released[1] on Dec 15, 2016 and includes tons of
bug fixes and performance improvements. I have created DRILL-5348[2] to
track this work.

I would like to hear any comments and/or concerns form the team before I
test and put a patch.

I expect to merge it after 1.10 is released.
