   Might be a bit excessive, but I am wondering whether we can automate this better by adding this jar as a provided dependency when the tests are run (similar to how we solved the `oracle.jar` issue in pekko-persistence-jdbc, i.e. https://github.com/apache/incubator-pekko-persistence-jdbc/pull/32
