Drivers are with your Oracle distribution, just search for 
classes111.zip or classes12.zip. Also, they are available here:

http://otn.oracle.com/software/tech/java/sqlj_jdbc/content.html
 You will have to sign up for the Oracle Technology Network if you are 
not already a member.
