Kevin Cormier is a new Xalan committer - CONGRATULATIONS

On February 5 I asked Xalan committers to vote on Kevin Cormier becoming a
new commiter.

The vote has passed and I declare that Kevin Cormier is now a new committer
for Xalan.

CONGRATULATIONS KEVIN!

I'll follow up and make sure you get write access to the project.
