We don't have generally a very good test coverage of range tombstones. Typically, most range tombstones test are pretty simple, but we should test cases with many range tombstones, with and without them overlapping, and make sure everything (including forward, reverse, name and slice queries, purging of the ranges after gcgrace, etc...) still work as it should.
