Who is Kin-Man Chung?
I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce the newest member of the
JSP/Servlets team at Sun - Kin-Man Chung. Kin-Man recently joined our
team to focus on improving the code quality (and therefore runtime
performance) of Jasper and the servlets it generates. He is a Senior
Staff Engineer with over 12 years of experience at Sun, working on lots of
interesting compiler related projects.
In the short term, Kin-Man is going to be helping clear the backlog of
Jasper related bug reports on Tomcat 4.0, before starting to focus on what
we'd like to do in a Tomcat 4.1 time frame. (Along the way, he'll
presumably submit enough patches and enhancements to earn his stripes as a
committer as well :-).
Welcome, Kin-Man!
Craig
