which message bayesian algorithm can filter

hi all 

I want to know if the bayesian algorithm in james server can filter any
message wrote in any language or it is filter only english messages, or it
depends on the training dataset.

the mailet is not particularly clever charset-wise and uses
whitespace-based tokenization. this should work fine in most cases.

contributions to improve support for non-ASCII charsets and i18n
tokenisation welcomed
