[ANNOUNCE] New Apache Apex Committer: Milind Barve

The Project Management Committee (PPMC) for Apache Apex
has asked Milind Barve to become a committer and we are pleased
to announce that he has accepted.

Milind Barve has been a contributor to Apex prior to incubation and has
recently been active helping building community. He is currently leading
our efforts to develop meetup communities within India. He is also working
on getting new developers involved. Milind is affiliated to DataTorrent.

Welcome, Milind, and congratulations!
