Following the latest Sling API changes ( see SLING-4750, SLING-4751 ) we need to update the documentation with

- what was deprecated
- what new extension points were added ( OSGi components )
- what are the new best practices

Also, it's worth checking out if we need a new page about observation or if we should add a new one
