jclouds HEAD Javadocs back up

Hi all

A quick heads-up that the HEAD Javadocs for jclouds, which have 
evidently been "stuck" for a while due to some issues with the 
Jenkins/Elastic Beanstalk configuration, should now be working again as 
expected:
