For framework developers specifically, Mesos provides a fetcher to move binaries. This needs MVP documentation.

- What is it
- How does it help
- What protocols or schemas are supported
- Can it be extended

This is important to get framework developers over the hump of learning to code against Mesos and grow the ecosystem.
