   官方示例当中的柱状图，添加 Y 轴的 min 值之后，图形向下溢出，如何隐藏掉溢出的部分，如下图所示
   
   经过测试，折线图等无此类问题，可以正常显示 min 和 max 值，柱状图下会有溢出部分

   添加了 Y 轴的 min 值之后，图形溢出的部分可以隐藏掉就好

   使用的官方的基本柱状图模版，仅仅添加了一个 Y 轴的 min 属性
