make check error: FAIL: stat_tests.py 13: timestamp behaviour

I've been trying to build v1.4.4 under HP-UX:

  HP-UX B.11.23 U ia64
  gcc 3.4.3
  Python 2.4.1

Along with the merge_tests.py locale problem (separate message), I'm
getting a failure in stat_test.py:

FAIL: stat_tests.py 13: timestamp behaviour

However, when I do another run, just on stat_tests.py, it
succeeds:

shell> make check TESTS=subversion/tests/cmdline/stat_tests.py
Running all tests in stat_tests.py...success

This makes me wonder about the validity of the test since it
appears to be inconsistent in the results it produces.

Should I be concerned about this?
