[ANNOUNCE] Apache flink-connector-jdbc 3.1.2 released

The Apache Flink community is very happy to announce the release of Apache
flink-connector-jdbc 3.1.2. This release is compatible with
Apache Flink 1.16, 1.17 and 1.18.

Apache Flink® is an open-source stream processing framework for
distributed, high-performing, always-available, and accurate data streaming
applications.
