[I] Docs: `How to Setup Java Lucene 4.8 Debugging` needs updating for Windows 11 and VirtualBox 7 [lucenenet]

   Windows 10 is EOL and VirtualBox is now up to version 7.
   
   Screen shots need updating some even mention Windows 7.
