excel file with formula cells

Hi Guys,

I have a excel file, which contains formula cells. When i try to read and
rewrite this excel file to
a different location, the size of the file gets changed.

For example:
I have a excel file with size 1.4 MB, when i read and rewrite the file to a
different location, the
size is getting changed to 2.14 MB. And when i open the file and save it,
the size changes to the original one (1.4 MB).

I dont have this problem in the excel files, which doesnt have any formula
cells.

Is there anyway to avoid this size change.Please help me on this.
