WHY IS IT GIVING ME "SERVLET NOT AVAILABLE"?

Could someone please help a rookie?
 
I'm trying to access a webapp that is known to be good (The addressbook
sample webapp in Xindice).  But when I try to do anything that accesses
a certain servlet (Task.class), I get the error message indicating that
the Task servlet is unavailable.  
 
I'm on a Windows machine using Tomcat 4.1.18.  Are there any bugs or
fixes I'm unaware of with 4.1.18?  I had this webapp working with
4.1.12.
