qpid-c++ topic arguments ignored?

Hello,

I created a topic in qpidd via "qpid-config add topic ..." with arguments
that map back to the qpid extensions wiki page
(https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/qpid/Qpid+extensions+to+AMQP)
and I don't see the arguments taking effect. More specifically, I used
"qpid.auto_delete_timeout" and "qpid.max_count".

Perhaps I'm missing something here? Maybe I shouldn't prefix with "qpid."?

Thanks

I just tried it exactly as you had it and it is working. Seems like I had
some aspect of it wrong in the command. Thanks for the help

Are none of the arguments taking effect? When you subscribe to the
topic, what does qpid-config show as the queue properties?

Yep, just like that. And I see it when I list the topics in qpid-config

How are you specifying the arguments? It should be something like:

   qpid-config add topic my-topic --argument exchange=amq.topic
--argument qpid.max_count=500
