HTTP 501 Not implemented / HTTP 505 version Not Supported

Hi All,

I am using JMETER 2.3.1.

I am doing recoding through proxy setting. Jmeter is recording properly.
But when I am clicking on link at webpage, the browser is showing error
"HTTP 501 Not implemented / HTTP 505 version Not Supported".

Can some one tell me what possible cause is and how to resolve this
issue?

Please help me.

Thanks & Regards,

VIPIN KUMAR

You need to find out what is different between what your browser is
sending and what JMeter is sending, and fix it.

See the aforementioned page.

Hi Sebb,

I did the recoding by adding cookies manager and header Manager. I also
followed the instruction from the webpage
(http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-jmeter/DifferentBehaviour). But still I
am facing the same problem during the recording. When I am manually
accessing the page that was working fine.
I also followed the Microsoft instruction to resolve this issue
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811262).
Please can you suggest me, what should I do to resolve this error.

Thanks & Regards,
VIPIN KUMAR
